This is the one. I use it on every client. The benefits:
1 Low PH (3.25) This seals the cuticle, creates protection, locks in color, and adds truly Amazing Shine. As a stylist, it also stops any lingering chemical action. Not that we wouldn't rinse thoroughly.
2 Keratin. This is the re constructor that is in all those nice salon treatments. Combined with things like sunflower seed oil, jojoba seed oil, and a few others this is a continuous conditioning and hydrating treatment. This also protects the hair from humidity and frizz.
3 Heat Protection and UV protection. Since everyone goes in the sun and most use Heat to style, everyone can feel safe doing those things when using Repair and Shine.
4 Safe for use on Blondes. Some oils, Moroccan, Argon and the like react to oxygen. When they do, they turn orange. As a colorist, I am not a fan of orange product on the Blonde hair I spent so long perfecting. This one stays clear.
5 Last but not least, Price Point. This is set well below products that do far less.
How I use it:
Apply right after your shower on towel dried hair. For fine and thin hair, a drop or two from midshaft down is perfect. Thicker hair can stand three or four drops. Add a drop or two for every couple of inches of length past the shoulders. Then, for the frizzy hair. A few more drops for somewhat frizzy. Double the formula for very frizzy. Add your other styling products as needed, layered right on top of this little gem.
